Original Hotels

There are several hotels that are a part of the Roommate designer chain of hotels that can be found in Spain. There are four hotels in Madrid and another six hotels in Barcelona, Granada, Malaga, Oviedo and Salamanca.

Emma.

Roommate Emma is located in the neighbourhood of Eixample, only a short distance away from the Barri del Rayal. This centric hotel is within walking distance of the Plaça de Catalunya, from where guests can take the shuttle bus towards the airport.

This hotel has an art nouveau design. There are Standard, Deluxe, Attic Terrace, Attic Suite and Attic Deluxe rooms. Each room is a double room with a bathroom and a décor filled with colour. The attic rooms are designed as penthouses and have a terrace. Price depends on the type of room and the season, and is usually around 80€ for a Standard room and 130€ for an Attic Deluxe room.

Leo.

This hotel is located in a recently renovated building a short distance away from the Alhambra, the Cathedral and the Royal Chapel in Granada. This hotel was designed by Clara and Lorenzo del Castillo.

There are two types of rooms. The Standard rooms are double rooms with a bathroom decorated in blacks and golds. The Executive rooms are larger double rooms with a bathroom, and are decorated with black leather furniture and pieces of Asian art. Price is between 99 and 169€ per night.

Larios.

Hotel Larios is located in the centre of Malaga. Guests who stay at this hotel will be able to explore the Cathedral, the city’s beaches and the Picasso Museum.

The hotel has 41 rooms. Some of the rooms are standard double rooms with a bathroom. The rest are junior suites, larger rooms with a bathroom and views towards Larios street. Price is around 69€ per night in a standard room and 141€ per night in a triple room.

Lola.

This hotel is located a couple of steps away from the Contemporary Arts Centre and the harbour. The Picasso Museum and the house where Pablo Picasso was born are located near the hotel.

The hotel has 50 Standard, Executive and Junior Suites. Each room has a double bed and a bathroom, all of them decorated like typical American beach hotels with colours and geometric shapes. Price is between 65 and 105€ per night.

Marcos.

The Marcos Hotel is located a short distance away from the city centre and the main bus station. Guests will be able to visit the historical Campoamor Theater. The hotel was designed by Clara and Lorenzo del Castillo.

There are 47 Individual, Standard, Triple and Executive rooms. The rooms vary in size and all have a formal design in blacks and whites, with colourful furniture and a large bathroom. Price is between 65 and 105€ per night.

Vega.

The Vega Hotel, constructed from Villamayor stone, is located in the centre of Salamanca. A couple of minutes away from the hotel guests will find the city’s main square Plaza Mayor, the Cathedral and other historic monuments.

There are 38 Individual, Standard and Executive rooms. The rooms are decorated in shades of cream and paintings representing the countryside hang from the walls of the rooms, many of which have balconies. Price is around 59€ for an individual room and 107.40€ for a triple room. All rooms have large windows with views towards the historic Central Market.
