Original Hotels

The Azura Hotel is located on Benguerra Island in Mozambique. The hotel is an ecological resort with bungalows built from recycled materials and views towards the sea.

Rooms.

The hotel was mostly built by the locals. This hotel is an ecological hotel which was built using local materials and recycled materials.

The hotel offers its guests massages upon arrival. Guests who stay for more than three nights have complimentary access to a Land Rover for exploring the island.

The hotel has fifteen villas. Each villa has several rooms with hardwood floors, bathrooms with a shower and solar panels that provide heating, a terrace and a swimming pool. The rooms are decorated in sandy colours and there are many traditional paintings by local artists. The villas were built in the same style as the local houses and have jekka roofs. Price is from 362€ per night.

The hotel staff and the butlers can organize excursions and trips for guests. Guests will be able to enjoy tours around the national park.

The Beach Villa is located next to the hotel’s spa. This small villas has a large kingsize bed and views towards the beach and the sea.

The Presidential Villa is located 150 metres away from the other villas. This villa has three rooms and each room has its own bathroom. There is a television room, a dining room with its own wine bar, a living room and a swimming pool located to one side of the villa. Guests who stay at this villa will have a cook and a butler at their service. The villa’s terrace has a tree house with views towards Bazaruto Island and the Indian Ocean.

Restaurant.

The hotel has its own restaurant. Guests will be able to enjoy traditional regional dishes and fresh seafood. The Star Bar is known for its cocktails and during the afternoons guests will be able to play Bau.

The Trading Store is a shop located on the hotel grounds. Next to the shop there is a library with an Internet area and several television rooms.

The hotel has its own gym. Guests will be able to relax in the hotel’s large swimming pool, which has views towards the villas and the sea.

There is a spa with views towards the sea that offers massages and other relaxing treatments. The hotel’s spa uses products made with local ingredients.

Events.

The hotel can organize events in one of its conference halls, decorated with white cotton and wooden furniture. In the afternoons the hotel organizes star gazing tours and storytelling evenings near the campfires.

The hotel was built by locals, and the hotel participates in projects lead by Rainbow Charity and other charities. The funds are then used to finance environmental projects on the island and to promote local products.

Location.

The hotel is located inside the Benguerra Island National Park, near the coast of Mozambique. The Marino Bazaruto National Park is located on the island. This national park consists of the six islands that form the Bazaruto archipelago. Guests will be able to see more than 150 species of exotic birds, tropical fish, sea turtles and whales.

Guests will be able to relax on the island’s many white sand beaches. Guests will be able to buy handcrafted products made by locals that are sold on dhows, traditional boats used as a floating market. From the dhows guests will be able to see dolphins and whales.

The island’s beaches are known for their coral reefs and their many diving spots. Guests will be able to see dolphins, dugong and whales near the shore. One of the island’s shores is a nesting place for turtles. The island offers several fishing spots and the coast is known for its many marlins, tuna fish and other large fish.

Room 5 is a large room with a kingsize bed and its own bathroom. There are two paintings of bright red flowers, a painting of a solstice and an antique chandelier. Price is around 316€ per night.

Room 6 is a double room. On the worn walls there is a painting of a Lady in a Kimono. Price is 226€ per night with a shared bathroom and 316€ per night with a private bathroom.

Room 7 has a double bed. The room’s main decorations are a painting of the Marquess of Bath and an ancient lampshade. Price is 227€ with a shared bathroom and 316€ with a private bathroom.

Room 8 has a kingsize bed. The bathroom has a large copper bathtub. This room is decorated with antiques and designer lamps. Price is around 368€ per night.

Room 9 is another room with a kingsize bed. This room has a cowboy theme. Price per night with a shared bathroom is 227€ per night and price per night with a private bathroom is 316€ per night.

Room 10 is one of the hotel’s largest rooms and has a kingsize bed. This room is decorated with dated paintings of cowboys and has antique furniture covered with red material. Price is 227€ with a shared bathroom and 316€ per night with a large private bathroom.

Restaurant.

Guests will be able to enjoy breakfasts at the hotel’s restaurant. The restaurant only serves breakfast, and there are many bars, cafés and restaurants near the hotel that serve lunch and dinner. The hotel staff can make table reservations.

The restaurant has tall ceilings decorated with wooden panels. The restaurant has a vintage décor with antique paintings, many lamps and vases.

The hotel has several beehives on the roof. The bees live in bee hives designed by one of the hotel’s artists in residence. There is a beekeeper who looks after the bees. Guests will be able to enjoy fresh honey made at the hotel.

The hotel is connected to The Mews Contemporary Art Gallery. Inside this large cultural center guests will be able to enjoy a selection of coffees and teas accompanied by fresh pastries served in the tea room. The Atlantis Paradise Island Hotel is a large resort located in Nassau, in the Bahamas. This hotel is a large castle with several aquariums and pools.

Royal Towers.

The Royal Towers have several types of rooms, and guests will be able to stay in rooms with two queensize beds and rooms with a kingsize bed. These room have French balconies and terraces with views towards the bay and the resort.

The Regal Suites have views towards the Caribbean and the hotel’s gardens. There is a large kingsize bed, two closets and a balcony. Each one of the Grand Suites has a kingsize bed, a bathroom with a jacuzzi and a balcony with a lounge.

The Presidential Suite is located at the Imperial Club in the Royal Towers. These suites have several rooms and bathroom with jacuzzis, a living room with a bar and views towards the Caribbean. The Suite Bridge is a large suite with ten rooms. There is a living room with a piano and gilded decorations. Each room has floor to ceiling windows. Guests that stay at these rooms have their own staff.

Coral Towers.

The Coral Towers have several types of rooms. There are Guest Rooms with two queensize beds and Guest Rooms with a kingsize bed with views towards the resort, and the Regal Suites have a bedroom, a large bathroom, two balconies and a living room.

The Governors Suite are located in the center of the resort, and have views towards the fountains. These rooms have a kingsize bed and a living room with several sofabeds and a balcony. The Presidential Suites are suites with a kingsize bed. Each suite has a living room with armchairs and sofabeds, and the balconies have views towards the resort.

Beach Tower.

The Beach Tower has double rooms with views towards the casino and the Marine Village, the resort’s main street filled with boutique stores. Each double room has a bathroom and a balcony with a terrace.

Cove Atlantis.

Cove Atlantis has some of the resort’s largest suites. The designer decorations and the private club are the hotel’s main features. The Ocean Suites have a large living room and each suite has a marble bathroom and a French balcony with views towards the ocean. The Deluxe Ocean Suites are larger and have closets in each room.

The Azure suite are designer suites with a kingsize bed and a bathroom with a large bathtub. The balconies have views towards Nassau. The Sapphire Suites are another set of designer suites. Each one of these suites has a living room decorated with handmade art pieces, and the rooms have crystal decorations and marble bathrooms.

On The Cove’s top floor there are two Presidential Suites. Each suite has two floors, two double rooms with a double bed, two bathrooms, a room with  a desk and chair, a dining room, a living room with a multimedia hall and a terrace with views towards the ocean.

The Penthouse Suite is decorated in a Bahamian style. The one floor suite has domed ceilings, three floor to ceiling windows, two rooms with bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a room with a desk and chair, a lounge, a television room and a large balcony.

Reef Atlantis.

This building has several studios. The Reef Studios are located near the beach and have a kitchen, a double room with a bathroom and a balcony. The Suites have a large double room, several bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. The Penthouse Suites have two rooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room with floor to ceiling windows and a large terrace. The suites lead to the beach.

Harborside Resort.

Harborside Resort is a small village inside the main resort. The One Bedroom Villas have their own kitchen. Each villa has a double bed, a bathroom with a jacuzzi and a living room with a sofa bed.

The Two Bedroom Villas have two double rooms, one of which has with a kingsize bed and the other one with a queensize bed. Each room has its own bathroom and the living room area has a kitchen and a terrace.

The Three Bedroom Villas have one room with a kingsize bed and a bathroom with a jacuzzi and two rooms with a queensize bed and a bathroom each. Each villa has a kitchen, a living room with sofa beds and a terrace.

Restaurants.

The hotel has 19 bars and 21 restaurants. Most restaurants offer menus for kids. There are several cafés, pizzerias and juice bars where guests will be able to try fresh juices.

Chop Six is a Chinese restaurant. The Café Martinique offers French pastries. Dune is a restaurant specializing in Asian and French dishes using some spices from the Bahamas. The Bahamian Club offers local dishes.

Mesa Grill is a grill restaurant where guests will be able to taste Southern food and enjoy views towards Paradise Beach. Casa D’Angelo is an Italian restaurant. The Courtyard Terrace is a family restaurant known for its Mediterranean food. The Seafire Steakhouse has a selection of stakes.

The Mosaic is a restaurant that serves international food. The Marketplace has antique decorations similar to those that could be seen at the ancient markets, and offers regional dishes. The family restaurant Seagrapes has a large kitchen next to the tables and the families will be able to watch how their food is cooked. Bimini Road offers Caribbean food.

The Point Salad Restaurant and Bar offers salads. Murray’s Deli, with its vintage diner decorations, serves hamburgers and milkshakes. Carmine’s is another family restaurant. Virgil’s BBQ is a rustic barbecue restaurant.

Events.

This hotels has several large conference halls where guests will be able to celebrate events. There are several large conference halls and terraces where guests will be able to organize their events.

Next to the cay there is a a large water tank with sharks, and guests can swim with sharks. In the middle of the resort is the Atlantis island, which has many large aquariums with stingrays and exotic fish.

The Huntington Surf Inn is located on Huntington Beach, in California, in the United States. This surfer hotel has rooms decorated in a Southern California style.

The hotel has several types of double rooms with their own bathrooms. The rooms are decorated in a traditional Southern California style, filled with colours and flowers.

The hotel has nine rooms. Each room has a theme, and there are decorations in the shape of surfboards. The rooms have Internet access, a fridge and a flat screen television set. Guests will be able to enjoy views towards the ocean. Price is around 171€ per night.

Room 1 has a large kingsize bed. This rooms has a surf theme, decorated with surfer murals and surfboards, and has views towards the pier and the Pacific Ocean.

Room 2 is a red room that has two queensize beds, a chandelier and black and white furniture. This room has views towards the pier.

Room 5 has a large kingsize bed. The furniture in this room was built using recycled wood from the city’s destroyed buildings. The room is decorated with several surfboards and waves, dedicated to Surf City, the surfing town the hotel is located in.

Room 6 has two iron queensize beds and paintings of local flowers. Room 7 is a blue room with two queensize beds and a large carpet.

Room 8 is an oasis of blues and reds with a large kingsize beds. This room has its own fridge and a lounge area with several colourful murals.

Room 9 has a kingsize bed. This ecological room is dedicated to the state of California. The furniture is made from recycled wood and the other decorations are made of reused materials. The large windows have views towards the ocean.

Restaurant.

A short distance away from the hotel guests will find several bars and restaurants. Each room has a fridge where guests will be able to store their food.

The hotel has a terrace with lounge chairs and views towards the ocean. Guests who choose to relax on the terrace will be able to enjoy views towards the beach filled with surfers and the harbour.

This hotel is one of the most visited hotels in the region by surfers. During surf championships the hotel is filled with surfers, and surf conferences are organized at the hotel.
